To keep your cake fresh and moist, please follow these simple tips:
- Store the cake in the fridge in a cake box or a cake stand with a lid, and cover the exposed areas with plastic wrap. This will prevent the cake from absorbing unwanted smells and getting dried.
- Take the cake out of the fridge at least an hour before serving if you want to enjoy it at room temperature. This will let the cake and frosting reach the best texture and flavour.
- Avoid cutting or slicing the cake until you are ready to serve it, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, heat, or humidity.
- Consume the cake within 72 hours of delivery or pick-up.
